Tallest Watercolour Vase

A splash of hand-painted colour marks each of these vases as truly unique.

I’ve thrown the shapes on the pottery wheel. Once bisque fired, I painted the surfaces. The thickness of the glaze and exact kiln temperature dictates the intensity of the colour and provides the modeled look. 

This watertight pottery vase measures 28cm (about 11 inches) high.
